If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the day of purchase to decide if you like your course. In the event where, within that 7 day period, you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, please get in touch to discuss a refund.

Exclusions apply for all products, but in particular for digital downloadable resources, where you have already gained access to your download(s).

We reserve the right to change the price of any yuva yoga courses, listings and offers at any time. This does NOT warrant any refund for already purchased products.

We reserve the right not to issue a course refund after 1-2-1 session(s) has taken place (in person or online), even when course purchase was made less than 7 days prior.

We reserve the right not to issue a course refund after live session(s) (in person or online), even when course purchase was made less than 7 days prior.

We reserve the right not to review assessments or respond to emails.

10. Failed Payments

You are obliged to complete payment of purchased courses through a recurring payment plan. In the event of failed payments you will be given 7 days to update your payment details or arrange for alternative mode of payment with me Maria Jones. Should you fail to arrange payment within this time, access to the course will seize and all certificates issued withdrawn. You will no longer be eligible for any course credit or refund after that. We still reserve the right to claim full re-payment, including associated interest, admin and legal fees.

11. Other

We reserve the right to refuse and terminate service to anyone for any reason at any time without a refund. This includes and is not limited to: privacy breach, copyright breach, threat, violence and rude or abusive behaviour on any of our platforms.
